Update on the 4 Day GTL Sarging Challenge:
Well I realized that I made a super big goal and I was only able to do 1 set haha. Then the next few days I was busy with life. I must say its really hard to do when I have a lot of things going on. So I am going to revise my GTL Challenge. I realized that I spend about 2hrs at the gym and to run 3 miles on the treadmill it takes me about 45 mins. Now include that with shower time/traffic/cooking food - thats like the day is almost over. So what I am going to do is to cut the GTL out and just focus on game.
I am going to start off small since I made my challenge to open 5 day game sets which I am not used to. So now I am going to start off with 1 set. Then the next day or when I have time I will go with 3 sets. Ill keep increasing opening sets by 2. Kinda like working out when I started doing dumbell bench presses, I started with 40 and now I am at 55. Using 5lb increments. I have about one more day of work and then when I do my earrands I will open one moving set then the next day 3/5/7/9/11 etc. If I am feeling good Ill go past my goal
Then after each set opened I will reward myself with a blu-ray dvd. This sounds a lot more reasonable and its not too big on what I can chew.
